Terms of Service 

At PIXELS PER NEURON, we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and full of joy from start to finish. Below are the terms that apply when placing an order with us:

1. Design Approval

When you place your order, you’ll receive a custom digital design at no extra cost, with unlimited modifications until you’re 100% happy with the result.

To help speed up the process, please share all important details when placing your order. The more we know, the faster we can bring your vision to life.

We’ll send your design via WhatsApp, so make sure to provide your contact number.

Before approving it, please review carefully — check names, dates, and spelling. Once approved, the design moves into production and no changes can be made.

Any modifications requested after approval may incur an additional fee, since production may already be in progress.

Production time begins once the design is approved.

2. Wall Names

For wall names, you select the width, and the height is adjusted proportionally.

That means:

• Short names will be taller

• Long names will be shorter to maintain balance

If you have a height restriction, let us know when ordering so we can adjust the layout accordingly.

3. Delivery Times

• Digital design: 1–2  working days

• Standard production: 5-7 working days (after design approval)

• Rush orders: 2 working days (requires full payment + additional fee)

Rush service is only available via WhatsApp and subject to availability

Please consider shipping time, which varies depending on your location.
