Shipping Policy

At Pixels Per Neuron, every order is custom-made. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, destination, and packaging requirements of your order.

Shipping Rates

• Small packages: Flat-rate shipping is typically $10.
• Large packages: Shipping is quoted individually and typically starts at $25, depending on the final package dimensions and weight.

Shipping Quote

If your order requires a custom shipping quote, we’ll calculate the most economical shipping option and send you the total before requesting your final payment.

If you’d like to know the shipping cost before placing your order, simply email us at pixelsperneuron@gmail.com with a screenshot of the items you’d like to purchase, and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping estimate.

Large Format Products

• Large-format Coroplast prints may be folded in half to reduce shipping costs and comply with carrier size restrictions.
• Large-format Foamboard products are available for pickup only due to their size and fragility.

Processing & Delivery

Production time and shipping time are separate. Once your custom order is completed, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

• We are also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been handed over to them.

• If you have special delivery needs, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

  Claims for damage items must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
