Return and Refund Policy
At PIXELS PER NEURON, every product is thoughtfully designed and custom-made just for you. We want your experience to be as wonderful as the piece you receive. Please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Color Variations
Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, the final colors of your product may slightly differ from the digital mockup. These small variations are natural and do not qualify as defects or valid reasons for return or refund.
2. Personalized Products
All of our products are made to order and personalized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products, except in cases of damage during shipping.
3. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package.
To process your claim, we’ll need:
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll offer a solution, which may include a free replacement of the product.
4. Orders for Special Events or Time-Sensitive Occasions
If your order was placed for a specific event or special date and it arrives late or damaged, we understand how frustrating this can be.
In these cases, we’ll offer you a store credit equal to the value of your purchase, which you can use toward any future order in our store.
Please note: We do not issue refunds, as all items are fully customized and made to order for each individual customer.
5. Order Cancellations and Design Process
Because we begin your design process immediately after you place an order, cancellations must be made within the first 2 hours of purchase.
• If you cancel within 2 hours: You’ll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after 2 hours but before final design approval: A partial refund will be issued, minus $50 for design time and customization work already completed.
• After design approval: No cancellations or refunds are accepted, as the order automatically moves into production.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design stage to ensure your full satisfaction before production begins.
