Shipping Policy

We want receiving your order to be easy, smooth, and stress-free. Here's how our shipping process works:

Local Pickup – FREE
Pick up your order in Fulshear, TX 77441 by appointment only.
Standard Ground Shipping – $9.99
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $125
Applies to packages that do not exceed 24 x 36 inches in size or 20 lbs in weight. If your order qualifies, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Flat Rate: $35 USD
This rate covers most international sign orders using our standard packaging.

If your order exceeds our packaging size or weight limits, or if shipping costs are higher due to your country or remote location, we will contact you with an updated quote before proceeding.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for customs fees or delays due to international customs processing.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been handed over to them.
If you have special delivery needs, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
